About Ryan
Ryan Felix is a designer, strategist, and entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience helping organizations translate complex missions into clear, compelling brands, websites, and stories.
As founder of Loop: Design for Social Good, Ryan built and led a creative agency for more than a decade, known for bold, purposeful work that helped nonprofits and social impact organizations communicate with clarity, credibility, and heart. From climate justice to LGBTQ+ rights, his work has supported global movements and real-world change.
Over the years, his work has helped organizations increase visibility, strengthen donor and community engagement, and modernize how complex issues are communicated across digital platforms.
Ryan has partnered with organizations across Canada, the U.S., and internationally—including UNICEF, WWF, Oxfam, United Nations, Planned Parenthood, and the World Economic Forum—supporting work at local, national, and global scale across diverse teams and stakeholder environments.
At the core of his practice is a belief that design is not just about how something looks, but about how it moves people, shapes decisions, and drives action. This perspective guides how Ryan approaches strategy, creative direction, and leadership, balancing ambition with practicality and values with real world constraints.
